As the threat of war intensifies, understanding it will help.

I would suggest that 'understanding' is light. Once we have a grasp of 'something' we no longer need to fear it.

We came here to live together. To find a way to get along. To allow each other's views and find a common ground.

Darkness possesses a few of us from time to time. If it grips the right one, he/she can do a lot of damage. A man with a strong will can subjugate those of weaker wills and command them to do his bidding.........even kill.

The darkness can weave a web that will convince a man to kill another. This the greatest of evils. The greatest of all sins. This sin our brother Christ NEVER considered, pondered, willed.

Revenge is empty. A smoking, hot, black cinder thrown into a bottomless burning pit.

A man strikes you and you strike him back. Would you strike 20 of his neighbors instead?

War is the strike back taken to another level. A level that brings nothing but murder, rage, hatred, fear, misery. A leader hwo commds that a war must be fought is no hero. He sends thousands to their deaths for what?

Not once has war resolved an issue. It has merely subdued hatreds that wait to return and kill in the future.

The lie is simple. Kill him and you will be sated. Your rage will be quenched. The wrong will have been righted

You have been lied to........love your brother for this thought this feeling this intent is the end of all war.

Blessed are the peacemakers for they will be called the children of God.

We did not come here to kill, dominate or punish, we came here to make peace.

I agree.
War brings the worst things a human being can come across. It brings fear of being killed, sorrow of loosing friends and relatives, suffering of being wounded, hatred against other human beeings, misstrust towards others due to everyones interest in their own survival rather than the survival of others and so on.

And the hatred for the so called "enemy" can even lead to torture in the worst cases. At that point the way back to trust, cooperation and friendship is so far away that it takes a hero to believe in it.

Mainly - the hatred that leads to war comes from the fear and mistrust of another constellation of power. Both parts fear for what the other part will do to them if they get the opportunity, and in order not to take any risks the other part are considered an enemy that has to be distroyed. From that point anything can happen and noone is safe, everyone can be distroyed anytime.

But sadly there is another, even more depressing reason to why constellations of power goes into war with eachother, and that is greed.

The reason why certain people ever gets in the position of being able to start a war is that they have a desire for such power in the first place.

This desire for more power can get out of hand and when it does it will not stop just because one archieves more power - one can always get even more and in such madness, one does what it takes to get it.

This is a kind of mental sickness if you want my opinion, and it is the innocents who suffers the most, as the ones who has power enough to protect themselves does so.

If just more people could have the courage to say no, to deny and take a stand against upcoming and existing maniac's right to send others into war, then the humanity would soon have the peace we all have been longing for for so long. But who dares to stand up for their opinions when the prise is death?

I think each nations should have a law that prevents their leaders from being able to use the army for invasions across the borders of their own country. They should be alowed to fend against invadors that has already crossed the borders, or to help their friends and allies to fend their own territories, but never to support any army claiming other nations territories their own, not for any reason at all!

Today we see manifestations of what happens if this principles are not followed, we see nations even going togeather in order to take control of territories that does not belong to them.
And the reason to this is - greed!

The ones behind this horrible and shameful deeds are not concerned about other human lives but only their own wealth and power. It is normal people like you and me who gets in danger, who has to face the reality that only the most fortunate can protect themselves from.

Still - as you mentioned - understanding is the key. If only the ones who gets into positions of power could understand and care for the well being of others, no matter if they are citisens or not, if those who are able to vote does so in order to have a goverment that respects human rights and the importance of peace, then much suffering could be undone.

Today the greatest powers in this world have got it through the oil. There is no way to deny it. Oil distributions builds up entire economies and the economy of united states is no exception.

But who has the right to have this oil?

It seams every nation wants it but only the most militant nations will have a chanse to get it. This way many wars have been - you could say "motivated" but ofcourse nothing can ever really motivate a war.

However - the oil will not be for ever, and sooner or later it will forever dissapear. At that point the economies that relied upon oil will collapse and the world will be shaken by fatal changes in the constellations of power.

Some of the now existing constellations has forseen this and will by all means take advantage of it. This is why so many scientists who invents vehicles relying on other energies, and scientists who tries to invent new alternative sources of energy gets murdered over and over again and their documents are stolen.

Once the oil is has completely run out we will see the "heroes" behind all this immorality step forward and show what they have - a set of perfect sollutions for how to live without the dependancy of oil.

People will then crowd around them hoping to get part of what will be the foundation for the new way of living, and the ones who allready had more power than anyone will ever need, they will then get even much more of it!

I don´t really hate them for doing this to the humanity, I only hope and pray that they will realise there is more to this world than power and wealth.

I hope they will listen to their hearts well enough not to bring more suffering to the people of the earth in order to show who´s the strongest, but actually regret their blindness and do everything they can to compensate for their confused actions.

One way to do so would be to create a world where one can live happy without fear of war, torture or terror but instead have the blessing of true safety, peace and freedom, ( which are words commonly utilised by the worst powers of war in the means of motivating more war).

I hope they will bring a world where war is impossible because the goverments are bound to an eternal pact of peace where everyone has the same rights and follows the same terms of law - no matter of standing within the society or what nation one is a part of.

But perhaps I do hope for far more than what they have the courage and generosity to give.. One should never deny the possibility of a miracle, as belief in it can make it possible, but expecting strongly fortunated persons who has had extreamly much power for ages while not using it for good purposes, but instead to start wars for reasons of gaining more money.

To hope that these men gives away all their power for the benefit of everyone - that is a hope likely to pay the prise of naivity, because these men are bound to their fear of people, they serve the darkness and evil whether they are aware of it or not.

If they do nothing to turn back into the path of light before their time is over, then they will need thousends of incarnations to correct the results of their actions, because so many men, children and women has to forgive their souls before what binds them to this world can be broken. Over and over again they will suffer from the situations that they mindlessly has created for others during this very incarnation.

With the knowledge of this it is impossible to hate, but so easy to pity them. I truely hope for their own and everyone elses sake that they will chose the right path.

Let God bless their souls with the will of godness and care.
